Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the ContractVEST platform. Please read them carefully before creating or using an account.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ContractVEST, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not create or use a ContractVEST account.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use ContractVEST. By creating an account, you confirm that the age information supplied during registration is accurate and that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Registration
Users are required to provide accurate registration information, including an email address, username, full name, age and country. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
Investment Plans
ContractVEST provides different account plans, including Regular, Starter, Basic, Pro, Premium, Elite and Max. Each plan may have its own activation cost, duration and configured plan outcome. The applicable information will be displayed before a plan is activated.
Plan Activation
A plan may only be activated when the user's available account balance is sufficient to cover its activation cost. Once activated, the applicable amount is deducted from the available balance and the plan remains active for its stated duration.
Starter Plan
The Starter Plan is available only once per eligible user account. Once a user has completed the Starter Plan, it becomes unavailable for that account.
Active Earnings and Cashout
An activated plan remains in progress until its configured duration has elapsed. Once eligible for cashout, the applicable plan balance may be credited to the user's available balance through the ContractVEST dashboard. Following cashout, the account level returns to the Regular Plan unless another eligible plan is subsequently activated.
Investment Risk
Investment and trading activity involves financial risk. Market conditions can change and historical or displayed information should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future market performance. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable plan information and deciding whether participation is appropriate for them.
Deposits
ContractVEST supports USDT deposits through the network and deposit address displayed on the platform. Users are responsible for checking the displayed network and wallet information before initiating a transfer. Transfers made using an unsupported network or incorrect address may not be recoverable.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 150 USDT. Withdrawal requests below this minimum do not qualify for a successful withdrawal. The supported withdrawal network is BEP20, and users must provide a compatible wallet address beginning with 0x.
Withdrawal Service Charge
A service charge of 1 USDT applies to withdrawals under the current platform configuration. The applicable charge and withdrawal information should be reviewed before submitting a request.
Transaction Records and Development Status
ContractVEST may display deposits, withdrawals, plan activations, promotional credits and other account activities within transaction history. During development or testing, certain displayed transaction statuses may represent internal platform records rather than confirmation of an external blockchain settlement.
Promotional Codes
ContractVEST may provide promotional codes that apply an account credit when valid and active. Promotional codes may have different values and may be changed, disabled or withdrawn by the platform. Entering an invalid or unavailable promotional code will not qualify the account for the associated credit.
Account Suspension
ContractVEST may suspend access to an account when necessary for platform administration, security, suspected misuse, violation of these terms or other legitimate operational reasons. A suspended account may have restricted access to platform features.
Prohibited Use
Users must not attempt to manipulate account balances, interfere with platform security, access another user's account, exploit technical vulnerabilities, submit intentionally false information or use ContractVEST for unlawful activity.
Platform Availability
ContractVEST may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical issues or circumstances outside the platform's reasonable control. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Changes to the Platform
ContractVEST may update platform features, supported networks, account functionality, plan availability, fees, promotional offers and these Terms and Conditions as the service develops. Material changes should be communicated through the platform where appropriate.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing account information before confirming transactions, protecting their login credentials and ensuring that wallet addresses and other information submitted through the platform are correct.
